Nicole Plumez
Asia Associate

Nicole has an effective blend of management consulting, corporate and start-up experience.  For the past ten years in Singapore and Hong Kong she has helped businesses set up and develop in Asia. As Director of Global Service for Points of Light, she oversaw the Asia region, working with affiliates in seven countries and 16 cities.  Additionally, she secured and fostered corporate partnerships, providing programming and training for companies such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Blackstone, Disney, Gap, Kraft and Nomura. 

 

Before moving to Asia, she worked for Booz & Company in its global healthcare practice.  There she focused on corporate training, strategic plans and organizational designs for clients including the largest global pharmaceutical and health insurance companies.  Before business school, she spent five years at the Robin Hood Foundation, a venture philanthropy in New York City. There she managed grants to over 30 organizations, helping them assess fiscal, operational and programmatic challenges, advising on best practices, and developing quantitative metrics. She previously sat on the board of Bronx Defenders, a legal and social services organization in NYC.

 

Nicole graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in urban sociology.  She holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business with concentrations in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Leadership & Change Management.
